I've got a 40 series but without a muffler it's gotta be so loud! Got a sound clip? Bionic4.0 04-25-2003, 11:24 PM no it not all that load lick i said i went from the fist cat and put in new pipe and a spliter and ran two pipes out the back they are the same size a oem but no muffling and sound nice the guy that did the work for me (i cant weld) said he as never heard a v6 sound so good bou tthe sound clip ill try and get one tomorrow but i cant promise it i have to wash my x and do a break job on my mom car huskyfan23 04-25-2003, 11:38 PM Ok, well I was just wondering if you had a muffler. As we all know, the 2.9 V6 sounds okay up to a point where it starts to sound like a damn river boy.. around 3k RPM or so. So we need a higher-ROM clip frm that V6!
