Hey Fellas

On our X master cylinders, which reservoir goes to each end of the truck? I started piping mine front-to-front, rear-to-rear (simple logic). Then I realized that the rear reservoir is larger and may have a larger piston bore, so, it would make sense that that one would be used for the front.

Robb,
The rear I beleive is for the front, reason pressure is sent there first, then the rears kick in.

I was just looking in the Service Manual. They refer to the piston nearest to the booster as the 'primary' piston and the other one as the 'secondary' piston. In a different section of the manual, they refer to the primary circuit as the front and the secondary circuit as the rear. I would infer from this that the 'primary' piston (and reservoir) goes to the front and the secondary reservoir goes to the rear.

Of course, the lines go to the Anti Lock HCU first, then to the wheel calipers.
