View Full Version : clicking in four wheel drive?? Lefy 05-22-2003, 10:51 AM my transfer case clicks when i'm in four wheel drive. what can i do to fix it and make it shut up. before something goes really wrong :eek: i only notice it when i'm going slow with my head out the window spotting. thanks for any help. thanks ahhjaws 05-22-2003, 12:09 PM Are you sure it's the t/case, or could it be coming from your hubs? taxx 05-22-2003, 12:33 PM he doesn't have hubs. It could be your chain or TOD clutch slipping. Chains are a little over 100. The TOD clutch usually isn't replaced, the whole t-case is usually swapped out.
