Are you sure it's the t/case, or could it be coming from your hubs?

First thing I would do is check it for fluid.

Does it sound like a Mechnical Clicking or like a Synioliod (SP?), blinker type clicking?
i'm pretty sure it's a mechanical type clicking.
and where can i check it for fluid.??
i know my trany has plenty of fliud but there isn't a tcase dipstick is there???
nope you have to pull the fill plug and stick your fingure in it should be just as high as the bottom of the fill plug.

I had almost the same exact problem you have, and it turned out it was my auto hubs. Just to make sure u can take it inot a 4x4 specalist and have them check it out
Again he doesn't have hubs

Is it constant and vary with speed, or intermittant? It could be your chain or TOD clutch slipping. Chains are a little over 100. The TOD clutch usually isn't replaced, the whole t-case is usually swapped out. Also he has no hubs:D
