i have the 2 cigarette lighters, the first one is next to the ash tray, the second is below the 4x4 switch... the second one doesnt work, the wires are fine, the fuse is fine, is there a "core" or whatnot that i replace?

Are your lights on? My lower lighter outlet only works when the lights are on for some reason. Try plugging an accessory (like a cell phone charger) to verify if it's the socket or the physical lighter.

If all else fails, you can just pick up another socket at a parts store for just a little money.
