Well I just got off the phone with a customer service rep from Oakley, and I have to say it was one of the most painless things that has ever happened to me. The guy on the phone was nice, and he told me everything I needed to know to get my sunglasses fixed. The sunglasses are en route as we speak to their CA headquarters to be replaced. I just wanted to praise them, I give them an A+ rating, and reccomend them to all of you!!

I been using Oakleys since the late 80's, and I have never had any trouble with their customer service. I have sent back several pairs with scratched lenses and once a broken frame, and all were fixed quickly and completely. As of today my wife and I have 6 pairs of Oakleys (Romeo, Juliet, Penny, A-wire, Teaspoon, OO-square Rx), and will keep buying them. I'm about to send three pairs back to get new lenses (I keep dropping them). For $50 they replace the lenses and tune up the glasses to be good as new.

I also used to have several Frogskins, Mumbos, Blades, M-Frames, and always had great customer support experiences.

I recommend Oakley completely!

You know, as much as I've spent with them, I should get Oakley to sponsor my truck!

My dad has sent two pairs back to them and they replaced them no questions asked. A very good company, other companies should take note.

For real!! :D I have the 'Minute' and the frame cracked above the lense, well the lenses were all scratched up, so they said they were just going to give me a whole new set for $40. Sounds good to me... :D

Also, my friend had a pair of c-wires and they cracked on one of the arms, he had a totaly new set on his door step in two weeks.

circa-1996

Had a pair that was about 2 years old. Allways left them laying on the floor of Blazer next to the tc shifter. One day they came up missing. I found them 2 weeks later at a friend's house. His driveway is pea-gravel, and as i got out of the truck i noticed something shiny sticking out of the gravel. As i dug around, i found the frames and both lenses buried in the driveway. Aparently they had fallen out at a party there 2 weeks before. The frames were bent up pretty bad, so i straightened them out with some needle nose pliers, and popped the lenses back in. They looked good as new, other than one dimple in one of the lenses. Other than that, not a scratch on them.

This was a well known "party house" and had MUCHO traffic at the time. There is no telling how many times they got ran over. I had them up until about 3 years ago i lost them in the water at the lake. :banghead:

I can't count on two hands the number of Oakleys I've had . I know of three pair at the bottom of Jackson Lake in GA. I've still got 4 pair at the house and probably 20 Sweep lenses for M-Frames.

I have sent 3 pair back to get fixed and they have never charged me a dime. I have a pair I need to send back now (broken arm).

I've still got a pair of Razor Blades and two extra lenses for them... :smoke:

Oakley is a very nice company.
I was just at their headquaters earlier today to exchange some lens for my MX goggles and they did it with no questions.
Its awesome living about 5 miles away from their headquaters because I just go there to buy all their products.

That reminds me...

A while back at a bike (motorcross) shop I saw a pair of which I think were Oakleys, but they kinda went over the head. Wicked! Would fit a bald Harley riding dude well (no insults intended)

If you've ever played older Mortal Kombats, it would be something Kabal would wear (or so my little brother says)
