My wife has a 2000 EB 5.0. Does it come factory with double platinum plugs. I was going to replace with either Motorcraft or Autolite. Which wires and plugs for that matter would you guys recommend??? It has over 100,000 miles already as she drives a lot for work and I do not want to do it again for another 100,000 miles.

I'd replace them with factory stuff. Stick with the motorcraft.
