View Full Version : Now this is weird, I was dreaming about my Explorer...
Black Magic 09-03-2003, 08:24 AM Ok, last night I was sleeping, go figure. I was having a good dream about driving down a nice tight winding road in my Explorer Street, just how it sits today. Then I came up to some boulders and started Rock Climbing! I know WTF!?! I
was doing good and then I had to get out and pick up the front, by hand, and lift it up over some big ones. Then I got back in the truck and continued. It was getting pretty bad so I got out to do some scouting. I noticed that my EE Adrian was floping arround. So I looked and it was made out of some rubber type material like a mudflap. So I was like cool no harm done. I finished up crossing the boulders and then proceeded on down the road.
So my question is WTF was that!?! :eek:

Am I an offroader wannabe?......I definitely think so.
Reading the posts of the runs that you have posted details about makes me wish I could do the simple mods I want to do to mine in order to really take mine offroad. I mean I won't lift mine more than enough to still be able to climb in the thing without step bars. I priced them and $300.00 is a little outrageously priced in my opinion.

Hartman 09-03-2003, 03:46 PM Yeah I dreamed about my truck last night too. I sold it to some dealership for whatever reason. Then I was at some sort of show, and the dealer had lifted the thing up and powercoated the frame, axle, everything. It was displayed so that the body would raise up off the frame and expose the engine and everything, then go back down, then back up, etc. Weird, very weird.
