Guys I need to order some parts. Fordpartsonline.com (Atascadero Ford) has declined severely as of late. I guess they let go three staff and they will not do business over the phone any more. When I send in a parts request using the web form, I get an automated email reply that basically says "did you look on the online catalog?" well, yeah, duh, that's where I made my initial request from?!?!?!? Ugh. So I call them up and she says "I can't help you over the phone any more...". Too bad - they were great folks for a long time. I bought a lot of parts from them instead of the local Ford stealer.

So - that pretty much leaves Ford Parts Network. How has your experience been with them?
