This is on a 94 XLT, drivers side.
When I bought the truck last week it didn't have any cylinder there.
The owner told me that it seized up during the winter and he took it out.
Any help is appreciated.

I don't know about your 94, but on my 97 it was pretty easy to change. Just pull the panel off and you can see that the cylinder is attached be a U type of clip. there is also one other thing at the snd of the cylinder that has the bar to the latch and an electronic goodie that comes of also. Just look at it and take those things off, pull the "C" clip off and replace the cylinder. Now I know that you don't have the cylinder, but I'm trying to do this from memory. Hope this helps.
