Alright, i have decided on what i am gonna do for the slider and skid plate. now, i need to find a shop. i looked at pleasent grove and no one has what i want. one place quote me over $200.
ok..here is what i am looking for.
Skid plate 3/16 or 1/4 inch thick (whickever is cheaper) 27" X 35" (aluminium, iron, whichever is cheaper)

13 feet of 5"x2"x1/4" for the slider. dont have to be 5x2, 4x2 is ok or 3x2.

40" 2x2

20" a little larfer then 2x2 cause the 2x2 has to slide into this piece. so, maybe 2 1/4 x 2 1/4.

any help is appreciated. my last hope is eagle steel in hutchins. hate to drive down there but have to if no choice.

thanks again.p/s add on- is 11 gauge thick enough for tubes? also, rods they tell me sch40... is that thick enough?
