Okay, they problem is exactly what it sounds like.....my left front tire locks up when I put it in reverse......its also making a baaaaaaaaaaad clicking noise.....any thoughts on what that problem is?? Thanks Guys.

Might be a bad CV joint or wheel bearing. Jack the truck up by the left A-Arm and rotate it by hand to see if you can tell exactly where it's coming from.
