I took the Filter off my IAC valve earlier after replacing the gasket, should it make a difference in sound??
I also put my finger over the Filter feeder pipe and nothing happened!! I thought it would make a humming sound???!!
Should the IAC make a noise at this point or do I need a new IAC valve???
Also my Sway Bar link bolts are jammed, any advice on how to get them undone?!?!?!?!?!?

Generally, if the IAC is clogged it will hum, especially when the weather is warm. Removing the felt filter piece is a possible quick fix to get rid of the sound.....
