I have the factory jbl sound system in me ex. It came with the cd player with the rotory volume nob. There is a cd in there but it wont come out, normal it shows a square in the lower right hand corner of the display if there is a cd in but it doesnt show it. The eject button doesnt work either. Is there a way to get the cd out?

Try taking the fuse for the radio out of the fuse box and putting it back in. This worked for me with my Pioneer HU.

Did you turn the radio on/off too? Maybe that will signal something.

Ok I got it out I used another cd to pull it out and now it works fine
