If you need more details let me know. Thank you Rodeo Joe 11-02-2003, 09:20 PM My '97 has 4, 2 on each side. Joe Doug 11-02-2003, 09:26 PM You have 3 oxygen sensors, 2 in the collector and one after the cat. Chandler 11-03-2003, 09:24 AM If i have a code about the upstream O2 sensor, does that mean that both of the sensors before the cat need to be replaced? Runnin'OnEmpty 11-03-2003, 09:57 AM Chandler, the code should specify "bank 1" or "bank 2". This will tell you which side the troublesome O2 sensor is on. Bank 1 is the passenger side, bank 2 is the driver's side. Chandler 11-03-2003, 10:22 AM Its bank 2, so does that mean i only have to replcae the one on the drivers side? aldive 11-03-2003, 10:26 AM Hook up a scanner and monitor their function before replacing. Chandler 11-03-2003, 10:41 AM i dont have a scanner. im at college and i have almost no tools here |
