As most may know southern california has been pretty much on fire the last few weeks and has burned up thousands of houses and probably close to a million acres. Unfortunetly my familys house was one of the houses burned. We also lost a rental home as well. My ranger for 4 wheeling was also left behind and is now a pile of burned metal .

I would like to thank the members of these board for there phone calls emails pms and posts in another thread. The group of friends that I have made through this board has been great and plan on still making as many runs as I can find rides on or maybe bring my girlfriends jeep out to play.

Matt,

Hope you guys are doing allright
I am in So Cal now, if there is anything I can do, just let me know.

Sorry to see the ol Ranger go, but I am guessing that is the least of your worries right now. Sorry for your loss, materials can be replaced, its your family's welfare that is most important.

So sorry man. I can't even imagine what it must be like. My aunt and uncle barely got away (they live in Tierrasanta) with their house, but many of their friends lost their homes. As others have said, be thankful that you and your family are safe and continue to pray and thank God for your lives. We'll be praying for you...
