My interior lights won't work when the doors are open. They used to work when any door was open including the hatch but no nothing. However I can turn them on with the headlight switch then they all light up. Also my power seats won't work. I don't know if the two are connected or not. I've tried all the fuses but they all seem to be working all right. Its a 94 xlt. anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried all the fuses under the hood also?

check your door switches, also the wires leading to/from the door switches. im 99% sure that's what your problem is.
