My friend told me today that green ridge is actually pretty nice. he went camping up there a fiew times and he said it was dirt cheap. there are designated camping areas on the trails, and there are always rangers traveling around to check on things. I am game when the weather gets nicer. All of us md's, va's, pa's, and whomever wants to go wheelin should all plan a weekend in the spring. I would feel better wheeling with a couple people, rather than by myself!!:) :exp:

I might be interested in that, depending on the weekend. I have been on those trails before and there are campsites along a 20 mile loop of trails.

Tag.. I'm good for one. The trails are pretty good there but you do need to get a permit from DNR to use the trails.

I'm definitely up for it...just let me know the date well ahead of time so I can set $$ aside, please!

Ill let you all know soon. I can call up there and get things set up. I figure get up there either thursday night or friday morning, and that will give us a good amount of time to ride. just got to time it right with the weather!!:rolleyes:
