On another thread a member replyed and said this could be bad but I looked under my hood and could not locate it last nite. Where is it located on a 1999 4.0 sohc engine? And does anyone knw the cost of a new one?

Am I wrong or does the 99 not have one. Believe this is the year they went to the returnless system that monitors the pressure and adjusts the voltage on the pump.
