Ok, it time to change my spark plug wires. Should I go with the JBA brand of wires or the Taylor brand. These two brands seem to be the best for the Explorer application.

I just changed the spark plugs them self about a month and a half ago with Motorcraft double plats. Which set of wires will do best with these plugs.

Both brands are about the same price . They only difference that I can find ; Tayor wires seem to have a lower resistence than JBA's wire set. However, will a lower resistence hurt my plugs (too hot?), or mess with my timing?

It seems as though JBA's set of wires have a lower than stock resistence also. It's not quite as low as the Taylors however. I know that the JBA's will not cause my car X any harm ( I know a few people that have them ).

Does anyone here know enough about this subject to help me make my decision? Thanx in advance!

www.Fordpartsnetwork.com! Ford wires for $29.99! If your ignition is stock thats all you need.
Otherwise: Jacob ultra fit from www.performanceproducts.com for $50-$70???

I used Nology Hotwires before and loved them. Although they do cost alot for some wires they do add HP, not a lot but enough to feel better throttle response and better fuel economy.
