Dk Exp Dimmer light control location?

Hello to all! My name is Roy Donahue I have a 1999 Explore and I can't find the dome light dimmer control does anyone have any ideas? I mean the timmer control for the inside lights

the dimmer is the wheel right beside the headlight turn on switch, just roll it up and down,
