I only drive 6 miles to and from work, I've had the lights on there for about 6 months on a single kc bar. I remounted them to the rack this weekend. For long hauls that tire is going in the bed, cuz yeah, it's going to kill my mpg on the highway.

I'm running 33's with a 3 inch body lift and 1-2 inch torsion bar crank, I just put some new rsx shocks on it too.

The rack is made by Con-Ferr, a huge Jeep rack manufacturer. www.conferr.com

The whole rack package including the rim, tire, rear KC, tire kit, flooring kit, and mounting kit (minus the front lights, I had them alredy) was about 750 bucks installed.
