96 Eddie Bauer AC is CRAZY!

My AC (the automatic kind) sometime works & sometimes not. The compressor works fine and the air is plenty cold. The problem is the fan sometimes won't come on. Here's the weird part. I discovered, after droping off a pasenger that if you slam the right front door, the problem will go away???? That doesn't always work. Sounds like somthing's loose or somthing.
About a year ago I replaced the component (I forget its name) that is located on the back of the blower under the hood to fix some other problem. Help me, Please!!!!!

On my 91 I had to thump the dashboard. Problem was fixed when I replaced the blower motor; it was sticking.
