Exclamation Engine dies when slowing down?

This has been happening for a year. It doesn't always do it but occasionally will on the initial start up and drive of the day and be fine the rest of the day.

I will be driving it down the road then have to come to a stop. Then when it's stopped it will die. Sometimes it surge before it dies and I have to hold the brake so it won't hit a car in front of me or put me in traffic.

Anyone had this issue? Could it have something to do with the IAC?

Does it happen when you're going straight or when slight turn ( curve)? Had similar problem and had PCM flashed and no more problem. Idle speed was too low. Mines stalled out on slight right curve and usually when vehicle was not fully warmed and happens only once.

Had the same problem recently ended up being a whole in the 90 degree vacuuming hose elbow on the top part of the engine. Ran fine when i slowed down it would hesitate and then stall.

But does the v6 have this same 90 degree hose I've looked for it but have came up with no luck as mine is doing the same thing as described above.

Mine occasionally stumbles when at a stop. Or when i go from reverse to drive. I am figuring its the IAC or maybe a clogged fuel filter. I plan on cleaning the IAC sometime soon and see if it helps, you may want to try that also.

I can have a pic of it for you (the elbow) also check your intake make sure nothing is lose. Mine was lose when i installed my k&n and it would stumble at stop lights the pcm was reading to much air and was trying to control it.
