AutoLamp/Headlight issues

Hi new to the site but have two issues that i need help with. The first one is the chime that indicates that the lights are left on when the key is turned off has stopped working and I cant locate anything on this. Second the AutoLamp Delay has stopped working. I thought that the sensor was located in the front dash panel (there is a hole there) but when I pulled this there doesn't appear to be any sensor that dropped down behind the dash. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks I did check the fuses and they are fine. I've also looked under the drivers side dash to see if there is any kind of plug in sensor similar to a flasher that might identify the chime for the light left on but nothing so far.
