Question Rim Back Spacing, 96 Exp Sport

ALRIGHT!!! I recently aquired a JOB believe it or not... This means I can customize my explorer, FINALLY!! I am currently looking for a set of 32x11.50's for my baby on a set of rims simular to the American Racing Rims style 172 Baja's. Below are two links to what my explorer looks like.

With the type of fender flares I have I would like to know how much back spacing I should get on a set of 15x8's... I would prefer that the tire is either just flush or just outside of the wheel wells.

From what I gather from you guys with 32's abd 31's I should look for a back spacing around 3.25"... Am I assuming wrong??
Just another note: The explorer doesnt see much off-roading so full extension rubbing isnt much of a problem.

Thanks
Sux
