Dk Exp wheel questions

i want to make the center of my tires be out an inch more on both sides. right now i have 30x9.5 bfg at's on the stock wheels. i dont want to use a wheel spacer and am going to buy a new set of wheels not tires. so my question is will changing from a 15x7 to a 15x8 give me the extra inh on each side i want? what is the stock explorer wheels backspacing? will putting on the wider wheel make my tire alot more likely to break a bead along a turn?

Although i'm sure that 1" won't make enough of a diff to cause rubbing, getting the right offset for the 15x8 wheel will be just as important.
