Premuim to JBL Head Unit

I have a 1997 Explorer with the preumium audio package with cd changer. Can i replace my head unit with a JBL unit or do I have to modify something?

CAN

Do you have the subwoofer in back? If not, then it is almost impossible. Most audio people here will tell you to replace the stock radio with an aftermarket radio.
