I also love those giovannas. They were in my top 5 choices when I was looking into getting rims. Giovanna is much better quality than limited rims too from what i've heard. Or....u could be the first on the board with spinning rims??

i like the KMC Clocker, KMC Stealth & American Racing Maxim wheels...although the AR's are GM bolt pattern, they look really mean on an Avalanche

EDIT: Also the KMC Unit

All I gotta say is Weld's Forged series, Billet Specialties or Colorado Customs .

I care about weight though and Welds 20's are lighter then most 17's or 18's. But those 3 are expensive, still, might want to look into them as their only a little more then Giovanna's which are already $$$............and you'll be a hell of a lot more unique .

Anywayz, my friend has 23" Giovanna Attacks on his Escalade and they are extremely heavy. They really slowed him down (even with the 6.0 V8), dropped a few mpg (which was already horrible) and has a pretty damn harsh/uncomfortable ride. But I guess he likes to bling bling

I just like the smooth and clean looks of Billet/Forged rims, I'm not into that flashy-ness. But out of those I'd just say the Giovannas as their more "truck like" then the others.

Monder B52's :-) they are my fav
i cant say i like the ones u have showed us very much.
out of those tho i would say yer 4rth choice is the best of those

But i might be slightly biassed

i think they really set the explorer off.- they arnt too bling bling-ish- they look pretty beefy and truckish.

If I have to pick from one of those above, the Giovanna's. I prefer 5 spoke rims, anyway. I really want a pair of Cobra R's. Explorer Express is selling some Cobra R knockoffs for something like $159.95, if I remember correctly. If I wasn't getting married next month, I'd be buying them.:redexp:

I really like 5 spoke on sports cars (especially cobra R). But do you think they would look OK on an SUV? I have a set of Giovanna Essen's 20X8.5 that I believe (correct me if I am wrong) will fit a ford explorer. They are 114.3 bolt pattern, 5 holes, offset 38. Do you think those would look good? I'm currently debating selling those and buying one of the 5 up there, though I definately am going to consider the rims AnabolicFrolic suggested. What do you think of Giovanna Essen's on a ford explorer?

Giovanna Essen pics, scroll down a little

I'm not a big fan of those essens, but its up to you, i'm sure there are plenty of people that dont like my rims, its all about what your into and I am pretty sure those rims will fit just fine, someone correct me if I am wrong. There is a bagged white sport with the barlettas and I think they look pretty good on there, but I wouldnt get them unless you are planning on doing bags.
