Lets see 'em
Thanks to everyone on this forum I was able to accomplish: Warrior 153 2" shackles, 1" Add-A-Leaf, 2" TT, Rancho RS5000 Series shock absorbers(RS5185 & RS5374), sitting on Goodyear 31X10.5X15
After the ORV park:
My tires(Before Lift), only five minutes old.... :'-) :
My off-set boots, they don't look like that now:
i've been looking for this lift and shopping for those tires
i have the exact same truck as you can you post more pics as ive been searching for hrs
Now that's just gorgeous! I want details!!!
99 xls OHV
Front: 2" TT
Rear: 2" Skyjacker Dodge 1500 add-a-leaf
3" body lift
33x12.50 Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac
The dodge add-a-leaf is perfect in my opnion. It lifted it about 2 1/2" and has settled to around 2 1/4" and rides good still, plus no longer shackle hangind down. I still have rub issues in the front when flexed up and turning due to all the plastic flares, but I'm not planing on getting rid of them, just need some more trimming.
I'm new here and love your ex, i have a very similar one minus the lift and all that, and im wondering how you did the lift since there is no 99 explorer body lift. and is it still safe to drive cause i was just denied to get a lift from a company as much information is much needed
Welcome to the forum, do a search on how to lift the 2nd gen Explorer. You have to use a ranger body lift, and you can do a shackle and/or add a leaf along with torsion twist for a small suspension lift. There are different options out there.
