Your wheels are TO DIE FOR.

What did you do to fix the wear on the middle window trim? Not sure what is called I have an 03 everything is perfect on expect for that ?

thanks limited 02 i was curious about the back i was thinking paint to im not sure if i can use these with my rain deflectors really nice truck man simple and clean really nice

did you take the roof rack off yourself?

did you take the roof rack off yourself?

Sure did. There are 6 caps that cover 2 phillip head screws. Remove the caps (they pop off), remove the screws and remove the rack. Before putting the screws back in, I dabbed a little silicone on the threads to help create a seal. Re-installed the screws and I used body color touch-up paint on the heads to help the screws blend in.

cool deal just curious i definetly think thats gonna be one of my first mods saving up for a stereo at the moment just picked up a 03 with 19000 miles on it not a stratch on it the intereor is just like yours minus the third row seats i gotta get some pics of it but thats a little dificult at the moment

yeah i had a 96 with 223000 on it before i got this baby it had so many miles on it i couldn't get myself to invest in a stereo cause the system woulda cost me more than i paid for the truck... but it was also a sweet ride i loved it super clean interior great paint exept on the roof cause it wasnt garage kept but i put it into the back of a semi going about 75 miles an hour to say the least i totalled it

Congrats... I love rims of your car.... :p

Thanks! I actually just picked the wheel up today from powder coat! Turdle on here did them for me

Beautiful truck, the rims really complimented well with it!

That's one heck of a beast! Makes me want to get myself an Explorer even faster than I've decided.
2018 just can't come fast enough!

Looks awesome! Any new pics?

This is the last picture I took before I sold it just over a year ago (12/31/2015) and it had 212,000 miles on it. Contacted the new owner a few weeks ago and he said it was still running strong! Last mods I did was change to blacked out headlights with clear corners, painted the calipers red and lowered it a touch (trimmed the stock coils when I put new shocks on).

I sold it because I wanted something that was going to be more reliable after my daughter was born. Found a one owner 2012 Lincoln MKS EcoBoost for a great price and an LMS tune on it. Currently running their 91 Stage 4+ tune and man does this motor come alive! When summer hits I'll put the 93 Stage 4+X race tune back on (really makes the car rip!). Put about 20K miles on it last year and enjoyed every mile, but I still miss the Explorer. I have some better ones somewhere, but here's a pic after I got the windows tinted 20% all around.
