New Struttek struts and strut spacers - 2.5" front lift and 2" rear lift

Lt 265-70-R17 Duratracs- bout 32" - you would need a body lift to get 33s

its a surco safari rack that i bought at amazon.com and i just drilled some holes and bolted it straight to the factory rails because 1. the brackets are way to much and not worth it 2. i like having it sit lower with the brackets its way up in the air 3. this way it has more support so u can load more and no the light didnt come with it n i fabbed up some brackets for those
Could you supply the link to the Amazon page? This is EXACTLY what I'd like to do to my Explorer.

So I did ALOT of mods since I posted last. I've added 32x11.5 inch Nitto Terra Grappler G2s, 18x9 inch Ballistic Jester wheels with a -12 offset, roof lights w/ RGB halos, 22" light bar, KKM Performance induction system, 2.5" lift/level by Supreme Suspensions and a Grillecraft mesh grille. It's been a been a long spring and summer for me. Next mods are BTF upper control arms, speakers and sub and exhaust.

Here is my 2003 Ford Explorer V6 4WD with 170k miles , after three years with 3" body lift kit and 265/75R16 tires I had to rebuilt the whole front suspension:
( struts,lower control arms,upper control arms, sway bar links, wheel bearings, ball joints ), may be was because the suspension modification but finally done with, the pictures was taken last year because I was planning to sell it. If some is looking for something like this with new front suspension let me know $3,500 (sound system not include) , San Antonio tx

Finally got around to installing my lift and getting the new m/t's mounted. If they look skinny, it's because they are lol (235/85r16) Next on the list: Rooftop hella 500's, lightbar on the bumper, and "fixing" my driver seat adjustment.

Figured it was time to share some shots of my '03 EB from 2018 so far. Many more adventures (and mods) planned!

Finally got my roof basket assembled and put on. It was super easy and only took about half an hour, it probably would’ve taken less time had it not been 1* outside.

sweet explorer dude. What size tires and lift do you have on it?

Thanks man. I'm running this 3" front/2" rear leveling kit. I like these spacers because they provide enough clearance to run my 265/75/17R tires on 17x9 Procomp Series 98 wheels, but unlike some of the taller spacers available they don't impact the angle of your upper control arms much. That means you can run the OEM UCAs instead of dropping $600 on a set of uniball ones from BTF. (Although if any serious wheeling is in your future, those are probably still a good idea. For the stuff I'm doing though I can do just fine without them.)

why does everyone remove the factory cold air intake and turn it into a hot air intake with a filter that is no where near as good as a paper element ??? These engines do not breathe enough (especially with factory exhaust!) to be restricted by a paper element filter.....

:confused2::dunno::banghead:
