    check the rubber seal around the windshield, u will find a spot where the seal is not making good contact or the rubber is unglued from the windshield.

    go to Google and click on Pictures and search for dpfe sensor there you will see a lot of pictures of what the sensor looks like, then look for something similar under the hood

    why do you want to remove the egr?

    Door sounds odd.

    check rubber bushing there is a rubber bushing where the door grabs itself on a metal rod. maybe the bushing is broken, check the other door and compare the two. It's called the stricker bolt. wrap a piece of plastic hose around it.
