Can't seem to find anything from Ford that states what the latest updated version is for my Sync 3. The car shows Version 3.0 Build: 19205 and shows no update available. However, I have run into issues in the past hence my post. What is the current Version and Build?
Thanks

I am going to run a 235/65. Just so I"m clear the TPMS that come with the 18" wheel will not work with the Sport unless its the type that reports individual tire pressure, which is dependent on year?. I was mistaken, it seems these wheels came of a '17 Ford Five Hundred (which I...
I just want to confirm that an 18" wheel off of a 2014 Explorer we'll fit my 2017 Sport.
These wheels are only going to be for a winter tire install.
I know the bolt pattern is the same I just want to make sure that there will not be any brake interference issues.
My '17 Sport w/ Sync3 will what appears to be random will jump between local and UTC/Zulu time. Note this isn't a DST issue. Some times I get in and start and the time is showing UTC/Zulu, I'll reset the time to local. Then later that day or maybe the next day or maybe a few days later the time...
Correct, there maybe an exception or two out there, but yes. The situation you have is not very common, hence so little information. I doubt the relief valve is the issue. As stated it's there to prevent overpressure with low oil temps. Temps in the 30's are not very cold in relation to modern...
The brand of filter isn't relevant, only that it the correct equivalent filter. This is a problem that will not go away and only get worse. The damage is most likely done. Still get it check by a reputable shop, just be prepared for an expensive repair bill. Regardless do not keep driving it as...
Peter is correct, Assuming the filter is torqued correctly there is excessive pressure from somewhere. You say you changed the filter and the oil. Assuming it's the correct filter, oil and filter torqued correctly then for what ever reason the system is getting over pressurized. The fact that...
An update on child safety locks. My owners manual states: Right Hand Side turn clockwise to lock and counterclockwise to unlock. Left-Hand Side turn counterclockwise to lock and clockwise to unlock.
In my case at least for the right door it's opposite of what is stated in manual, at least for...
I'm having issues understanding the various function of the lock settings, or to be more accurate getting them to work as I understand they should;
1. Autolock function seems to work as it should. - No issue there
2. Autounlock seems to do nothing. It's my understanding the with this armed...
Thanks 1995E, just what I suspected.
Peter, I have yet my mirror doesn't have the housing like the one in the vid & mirror tap pins are too big to tap into mirror plug.
I'm looking for confirmation on how to drop the overhead console housing on my '17, I'm looking for a very clean install of my radar detector and want to tap in to either mirror or moon roof circuitry. I'm assuming it's help in by clips and to just pull it down?
I plan to be using a mirror tap to power my Escort Redline. There are a couple options out there, and all are pretty much the same. My only real question is the pin size that fits best in mirror plug, any advice on what to get?
Agree, the AWD sys it's self is no different than any other Explorer, at least as far as I know. The only difference are the tires. To be clear it's the tires which were never intended for winter conditions that are lousy on snow and ice.
Split is nice. However Google Maps and Waze both show speed limits and are much more up to date. I already know of 2 sections of Interstate where speed limit was once 75, it's now 80 and has been for over 2 years. NAV still shows 75. In NAV there is a rural road in my are that isn't on NAV it is...
