I also have and can recommend the Husky Liners.
Don't have the part numbers handy, but they offer the fronts for trucks with or without the factory running boards. About $40 a pair/shipped on Ebay or Amazon. One or two holes have to be drilled into the wheel lip mouldings and one or two holes re-use existing holes. They look like they very well could be factory - don't think anything homemade can achieve that.
