ENJOY! How was this still drivable!?

Hey guys! I found out that explorers are still driveable for at least 10,000 miles with HALF OF A RING GEAR. Who knew!?

The root cause was a loose pinion which eventually sheard off at least one of the teeth first, then I believe it proceeded to eat itself.

I was pleased to find that my locker was not harmed in any way.

Heck, some of that "snake oil" gear lube will solve all of that. Runs cooler, quieter and longer
