do you have a part number for said 16 psi cap? only ones I'm finding available to fit are 20 psi.

I got one for a 2000 explorer it was 16psi and fit my 2008

Unfortunately I don't as I never tried the fix myself, and I can't seem to find any references to it on the forum, but this one is for the 2000 Explorer which garye said worked on his:
