upgrading my 02 explorer

I have installed a leveling kit and now my tie rod needs replacing. I was thought I saw a thread about using F150 control arms and tie rods? I may be wrong, just thought I would check! Thanks!

I'm not going to say that is impossible.... but I have never heard of anyone doing it.

Why not just get an OEM or replacements? Replacing the tire rods should not be too diffcult. I think there are threads about it. Just use the search function.
