I can find threads all day about ABS light staying on, but why would my ABS light not come on when turning the key on?

The only major change is the weather got warm, so it's about 60 in the morning here instead of 40. The ABS light doesn't come on during the key-on sequence in the morning. Once it's sat in the parking lot all day, the ABS light does flash and go off as normal with the ignition sequence.

I replaced both hydraulic and electric ABS relays. No dice. I reset the ECM relay for good measure.

Is this a problem? What does that flash at startup or the lack-thereof tell me?

What can I do about it?

Could be a failing bulb. Sometimes before they burn out completely they are intermittent.
