    Caliper Covers or Painting/Powder Coating

MGP Caliper Covers Added on my Sport (pics) MGP finally came out with the correct ones for the '13 Sport, (part #10229) so ordered them in Ruby Red with the Ford logo to match. Installation was a breeze, just took the opportunity to wax the rims while I had them off and that took up the most...

Exhaust Modifications to my '13 Sport (with pics)

Added H Pipe Did a little research, and while I am no expert it seems that by adding an H pipe on the exhaust system I could lower the tone and eliminate some of the raspy noise from the exhaust that I was getting at high rpm with the deletion of the resonator. So here is a pic with the new H...

Exhaust Modifications to my '13 Sport (with pics)

The place I went was Hot Rod Scotts in Toronto, they are a custom exhaust place that I had worked with before. For the changes (resonator delete, straight replacement S/S pipes, new polished S/S tips) all welded in place with tax came to around $400.

Exhaust Modifications to my '13 Sport (with pics)

By the way, I'm wondering if I should have added an H or X pipe. Can anyone tell me if there is any benefit to adding (or not) one of these to a turbo engine?

Exhaust Modifications to my '13 Sport (with pics)

Getting into some more serious mods now :p: ... deleted the factory resonator with straight s/s pipes running from the cats to the factory mufflers. Added 4" chrome tips. Definitely added a bit more growl, no drone and my seat of the pants says it has a bit more of a kick! I'm satisfied. Before...

Towing a 23' Trailer to Yellowstone!

Now I'm really going to see what my Sport Trac is capable of! :burnout: Going to rent a 23' travel trailer and drive from Toronto to Yellowstone and back. Checked the trailer out the other weekend (as pictured here) and other then having to adjust the hitch height a little bit, it seemed to go...

Upgraded Rotors, Pads & Calliper Covers

Hey folks, we had a nice break in the weather here, and I decided to upgrade the brakes on the old Trac. Added slotted/drilled premium rotors and Posi Quiet ceramic pads from R1 concepts. Also wanted to clean up the look a bit, and added MGP calliper covers that were painted to match the truck...

    Retrofit Projection H.I.D. Lights Installed

Lot's on the go this week,:burnout: went from the new wheels and tires to getting Bi-Xenon projection headlights installed! I originally bought and installed an aftermarket kit which was nice and bright, but the beam pattern was so-so. I did some investigating, and found a local shop that...
