Every once in a while when driving my temperature gauge will go all the way up and the Check gauge light will come on for about 2 seconds. Then it will go back to normal. Why is it doing this? Thanks a lot!!!

I just had a very similar thing happen to my 03 (122,750 miles on it) and took it to the dealership...The fuel pump was going bad, so had it replaced now it starts great, hot and cold...:)

I'm not very auto smart:D...I've used the search function, but I'm not a 100% sure...On the side of my door, theres a tag, on it says Axle, under that it says "D2" I though I had 3.73's but using the search function I found info claiming D2 is 4.10's... Thanks!
