Have you changed tires recently? I thought I could get by just changing the rears since they were the most worn. The front started hopping under load and when turning corners. Two new tires on the front and the problem went away.

I looked at used mirror assemblies on the web but couldn't be sure I was getting a good one or the correct one. I didn't even try a dealership. When looking for new ones I found what I needed at usaautoparts and had a new assembly within a week for roughly 1/2 of the price at a dealer.
