how exactly do you stake the seal in place? my tranny just started doing this too so i will be pulling it out and replacing the seal. also if anyone has any tips about any complications or advice on removal of the transmission would be greatly appreciated thank you

Does anyone have any information on the requirements for swapping a 4.0 sohc to a 5.0 liter in a 1997 exorer. My engine is getting old and i am contemplating throwing a crate 5.0L in but want to know how practical it is and what is required for the swap
