    OK..... years later...... I'm looking to try this mod out.... Did you get more mpg's? more power? (or the double-whammy) BOTH? What pitfalls did you meet with? Airfilter wet/soggy? needed early replacement? Thanks for your time & efforts....

    Personally, I wasn't comfortable with the 0-Ring setup... Personally, I wasn't comfortable with the 0-Ring setup not leaking down the line, so I cut a straight piece off the old radiator upper hose (I did upper/lower replacement as well as heater core hose in both directions) and hose clamped...

    watermellon... Your Welcome :salute: - I found that while looking for why my H2O gauge on dash doesn't work - I'm sure its in the dash and I'm just replacing it with a aftermarket triple gauge unit - coolant temp / volts-Amps / oil psi....:troops::troops:
