Not the worst job ever, but it's a little of a challenge. I got a 1/2" drive into the tensioner on my 2003 Mountaineer 4.6 but it was a tight fit. When you are facing the car from the front, it has to be turned clockwise to loosen the belt.

I stumbled around trying to find the same screws on my 2003 Mountaineer, but finally figured it out. Got it all hooked up and working fine, although it took a bit longer than the 20 minutes mentioned above... Thanks for the info everyone. I'm a new member, but this forum has helped me a ton...
