I have a 2008 Eddie Bauer Explorer. A couple of days ago the heater/ac fan decided it would run continuously in the highest speed setting. I can push the button to lower the speed but it continues to run at the highest setting. FYI I am a 70+ widow so please reply in a language I can understand.
