Great information! I would love info on the 1st gen. I have a 1992 explorer w/electronic 4wd. 4WD high would intermittently work--found transfer case motor gears stripped. Replaced motor and it worked great for 1 week. Now it is stuck in 4wd. I do not hear the relays in the rear drivers...
