Im pretty sure the sport wheel wells are a tad bigger and you can fit 33's with shackles, aal, and TT. The 1" body lift is easy because you don't have to deal with extensions or longer bolts except for the ones under the back seats if I recall correctly.

Whats the deal with torque monster headers? I can finally financially afford them and it says on the website that purchasing is disabled! Any help figuring this out would be much appreciated! -Russ

I like the 33's better. The front suspension felt like it was going to fall out from under the truck with the 35's on. They're are just to big and heavy for the ifs in my opinion.

sounds good to me! You wont need the body lift for 35's though and expecially 33's.

All explorer leafs are the same except some are stiffer than others. Your fine.

i used krylon fusion flat black. Ill probably be re doing it soon as it's got some chips in it. Next time ill use a gloss black and clearcoat it so it will be longer lasting

Spring over axle will give you about 5.5" of lift in the rear. Superlift sells a spring over kit for the explorer for about 140.00. you will be fine with a 2" tt. I ran 2" tt with 33x12.5's on wheels with 3.75 back spacing on two explorer's with no trouble at all. Got them nice and muddy atleast once a month too :)

Rollin on 35x12.5 goodyear kevlars now. strait trade my brother in law today. they have about 7,000 miles on them with hardly any tread wear. Had to do some miner trimming in the front surprisingly because these measure a true 35" but all is good now!
