    be carefull hardwireing a gps. many are not 12volt and putting 12volts power to them will destroy them.

    sync for an 07?

    I would like to add a usb port to the radio in my 07 eddie bauer. I think the 08 and 09's have sync now that includes a usb port. Does anybody know of a way I can add sync or just an aftermarket usb port to my factory radio? Any info on this would be appreciated.

    No more manual transmissions?

    I think tacomas still come in stick shift. I had a 02 tacoma stick before by explorer, nice truck, very few problems when I sold with 168,000 miles.

    ignition wiring

    watch the volts be careful when you hook it up. I tried with my garmin and blew it runs on 5 volts not 12. There was a circuit in cig lighter plug that I didn't know about. Lucky for me garmin stands by their products and sent me a new one.
