You guys rock! I opened the case, and sure enough, a bit of coolant on the bottom. Changed heater core, topped of fluid, & hopefully am good to go. I think next I am going to replace the hoses, the were pretty soft.

I don't think you can re-use them because of the plastic welds. I am thinking about maybe retrofitting mine with some beefier pegs, & fiberglassing it in.

I am guessing steering box. I had a similar issue, and replacing the steering box fixed it. One question: Is the play most noticeable when you go from turning one direction, then turning the other? Anyway, possibliy some helpful threads located here.

Where's you get the cup holder? The first thing I did was add a cupholder/"stuff" box under the console, as the stock one is a joke.

I have the same problem, about 3200 RPMs on mine. No idea what the cause is. It idles fine, but the tach doesn't go below 3200 when running (drops to zero when off).

I am thinking about doind what you did, but taking the doors off the XLT and using the wiring in those. Are you saying I would need add'l wiring in the engine compartment? Is there an easier way to add electric windows? I know how to do the locks, but not windows.
