Had to disconnect battery for other maintenance on my 94 XLT. Now I am having severe drive ability problems such as severe hesitation very poor acceleration. I tried a second reset to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions? This is making the vehicle almost impossible to drive.

I have a 1993 Ford Explorer 4.0 XLT. My spark plugs are fuel fouling on the passenger side of the engine. Does anyone know if the Electronic Engine Control (EEC) will cause this? All three plugs on the passenger side of the engine are fuel fouling.
